Here we rely heavily on the installer to conclude all administration tasks towards the municipality(including the Single Line Diagram).  Offrian, by means of an on-site inspection and testing, will confirm compliance towards NRS097 and municipal requirements.

Navigating the complex paperwork and administrative procedures required by local municipalities can be challenging and time-consuming. Offrian Solutions offers a comprehensive administration package that takes care of all the necessary documentation, applications, and communications with the City of Cape Town and other municipalities. Our experienced team ensures a smooth process, allowing our clients to focus on their core business operations.

We take on the full process from initial contact with the City of Cape Town, completion of the application form (including the operating diagram) and then the final compliance verification and submission. Effectively releasing the installer from the administrative burden or helping the end-user to get their system legal! 

We do an in-depth inspection of the electrical installation to understand the short comings in terms of requirements for registration and general SANS compliance.

Once completed we provide a Findings Report that can be used to correct the installation to ensure compliance registration is possible

For clients seeking a seamless photovoltaic installation experience, our end-user project management package is the perfect solution. Offrian Solutions manages the entire process, from assessing energy usage and developing a tailored installation plan, to obtaining quotes from reputable installers and verifying the final system. By overseeing every aspect of the project, we ensure that our clients receive a high-quality, cost-effective PV installation that meets their specific needs.

The agreement is between Offrian and the end-user with Offrian installing a power and energy meter, and using this data to design a specific system. 

Offrian will engage with various installers to obtain quotes so that the client has options to work with. 

We remain involved throughout the installation and conclude the project with Compliance verification and sign-off, giving you the confidence that the system is safe and fit for purpose.

Service Level Agreements

At Offrian Solutions, we are constantly striving to provide our clients with the best services and support. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our newService Level Agreement (SLA) tailored specifically for clients like you, who require ongoing compliance checks and more.

Our SLA offers a dedicated resource for Compliance, including the administration of submitting to the City of Cape Town (or other munic), ensuring your installations are always compliant and hassle-free.

This dedicated resource will be trained in at least the following:
• Green Academy PV SuperSchool
• Compliance requirements
• Inverter-specific training, including Victron, Sunsynk, and Rentech as required

In addition to compliance checks, this resource can also assist with commissioning, helping you streamline your installation process even further.

This does not mean the Pr. Eng disappears. The dedicated resource will work closely with the engineer. This type of format allows for compliance checks at your convenience.

The cost of this SLA is R20,000 per month and we would require a 1-year sign-on, and it’s designed to lay the foundation for us to eventually offer after-sales services,
providing even more value to our clients. The after-sales service will allow you to focus on new business and not the painstaking work of fault finding, which has been
shown to negatively affect business.

An additional “sweetener” would be that any compliance checks, up and above the 5, will be done at a discount, which we can negotiate.

Benefits of the SLA

We offer discounted rates on administration packages for clients who sign up for the SLA. This helps our clients save money in the long run and makes the agreement more cost-effective. Our clients will also be eligible for reduced pricing on future technical assistance SLAs.

Any compliance packages above the 5 subscribed for shall be at a reduced fee of R3500 for the next 5 and then R3000 for any and all after that,

Offrian can customize compliance reports to provide detailed insights into the performance of installations. This can assist with system registration and clarify any insurance risks.

Clients who sign up for the SLA benefit from extended support hours and priority access to assistance. This ensures they receive timely help when needed most, allowing them to resolve issues more efficiently. Focus on closing deals instead of troubleshooting problems.

Offrian offers incentives for clients who refer new customers to our services. This could be in the form of discounts, service credits, or other rewards, helping clients save money and receive additional value from their SLA.
